Shaded area
A rectangle sits in the corner of a right triangle, its sides along the legs and its far corner resting on the slanted side. The leg runs 4 m above the rectangle, the base runs 3 m past it, and the corner on the slanted side splits it into two parts of 5 m each. What is the area of the shaded rectangle? No pen, no paper.
